6 January 2018
Registration is now open for Spring Conference 2018, which this year is being held again at the Bournemouth International Centre.
Louisa Greenbaum, Green Party Conferences and Events Co-ordinator, has advised members that this time it's a weekend event on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March, with pre-registration, socials, and a Green Party History event on the Friday evening for those who want to arrive early and make the most of Bournemouth. Paid up members can take advantage of the Early Bird Fees until 16.02.18.
Over the two days there will be policy-making (see the policy forum on the members' website to see which policy areas are being discussed and note the dates below), speeches from our Co-Leaders and Deputy Leader, panel and fringes on topical issues, and pre-election training for activists. See the timetable page on the members' website for more details as the programme develops.
There will also be many informal social activities including music from local performers, a board games room, a crafting room, a quiz, and possibly even a karaoke fundraiser! Please get in touch if you'd like to get involved in or lead a board game or craft session: conference@greenparty.org.uk
You'll find lots of practical information on accommodation, travel, creche, venue information, and more on the conference webpages. You can also join the conference facebook event or follow #gpconf on twitter to get the latest news.
