In our campaign to raise peoples’ awareness of the Green Party and our policies, we ran two stalls in Bournemouth on Saturday 28th June. We had one team of members and supporters, led by our Chairman Michael, at Winton Carnival and another at the first Bournemouth Vegan Fair, which was held at the Highcliff Marriott Hotel on the West Cliff and led by our Elections Co-ordinator, Adrian.
Both events were a great success, with an especially outstanding response at the Vegan Fair. We were able to speak to many members of the public, hear more about local issues, give out various Green Party leaflets and sign up many new supporters.
