Green Party membership today overtook both UKIP and the LibDems. After a surge of 4,000 new members in two days, the Green Party nationally now has 44,713 members, 4,000 more than UKIP, and 1,500 more than the LibDems. The controversy about including the Greens in televised election debates has prompted many people to look at Green policies, and they like what they find.
Membership across the South West of England has now topped 6,000.
Here in South East Dorset our membership has more than quadrupled during the course of the last twelve months!
