Councillor Chris Rigby has hailed a fantastic number of volunteer signups for BCP Council's "Together We Can" programme, offering support to people in need across Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole during the coronavirus crisis. 48 volunteers have signed up in Winton East ward alone.
